How to Report a Concern

If you have any concerns about a child's safety or wellbeing, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.

Reporting Process

  1. Contact the DSL immediately via phone or email
  2. Document your concerns with specific details and dates
  3. The DSL will assess the concern and take appropriate action
  4. You will receive confirmation of receipt and next steps
  5. All reports are treated confidentially and seriously

Safe Practices

Supervision Ratios

We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios at all times, with a maximum of 8 children per instructor.

Attendance Tracking

Secure sign-in/sign-out procedures with authorized adults only for collection.

Incident Recording

All incidents, accidents, or concerns are documented and reviewed regularly.

Regular Reviews

Annual policy reviews and updates based on best practices and regulatory changes.

Staff Training & Qualifications

All team members receive comprehensive training:

  • Certified safeguarding and child protection training (annual)
  • First aid and emergency response certification
  • GDPR and data protection compliance
  • Behavior management and positive discipline
  • Online safety and digital citizenship
  • Recognition and reporting of concerns

Parents' Role in Safeguarding
