How to Report a Concern
If you have any concerns about a child's safety or wellbeing, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Reporting Process
- Contact the DSL immediately via phone or email
- Document your concerns with specific details and dates
- The DSL will assess the concern and take appropriate action
- You will receive confirmation of receipt and next steps
- All reports are treated confidentially and seriously
Safe Practices
Supervision Ratios
We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios at all times, with a maximum of 8 children per instructor.
Attendance Tracking
Secure sign-in/sign-out procedures with authorized adults only for collection.
Incident Recording
All incidents, accidents, or concerns are documented and reviewed regularly.
Regular Reviews

Staff Training & Qualifications
